Life can be tricky to navigate, and we can often find ourselves struggling to manage, especially if we are out of balance. That’s why I believe it is so important to create a routine that can support you in finding flow and harmony. Because no one wants to be out of balance, right?
The following spiritual habits can help you regain the ‘zing’ you’ve been missing. The more you dive into them, the more life can start to flow with enrichment, positivity and balance. For all parts of you: Body, Mind and Spirit.
Inspiration
Spiritual Habit #1
What you allow into your energetic field, your mind, and what you surround yourself with matters. Immerse yourself in content such as books, articles, people, and situations that will inspire you, create a positive impact, and teach you life-changing tools. Anything really, that will stimulate the best aspects of yourself. And stay away from negative media, people and toxic situations! All it will do is drag you down and lower your vibe! And you don’t want that right?
Mindfulness
Spiritual Habit #2
Mindfulness is basically just code for becoming more self-aware. Of your thoughts, of your actions, of your reactions, and the way you choose to live your everyday life and be present in each moment. It is about choosing a state of being that inspires peace, calmness, joy and love. Which will allow you to resonate on a higher energy frequency and attract more of the same energy into your life. This also goes hand in hand with Spiritual Habit #3.
Be Present

Do you realise how much of our life we miss by allowing the constant distraction most of us experience? We are either in the past or the future, and rarely where we need most to be… in the NOW, the present moment. So go ahead and keep your mind and energy focused on what is happening for you in each present moment. It will be amazing at the type of experience you begin to witness show up in your life.
Daily Soul Practice

It is important to take time out on a daily basis to immerse yourself in activities that will make your heart pop, your soul sing and your energy balance. This is called a soul practice and how you spend this time doesn’t have to be set in stone. As long as it lights you up for a short time each day. So dance, sing, play, meditate, create, write, walk, or whatever your ‘thing’ needs to be.
Meditation

Meditation doesn’t have to look like you successfully or unsuccessfully emptying your mind for a set amount of time. There are many ways to meditate and many techniques that work for you. As long as you are doing it, if not daily, then 2-3 times a week. It will raise your vibration, balance your body, mind and spirit and make it easier to deal with life.
Be Curious

Your soul already knows what direction your life path is headed and leaves signs and opportunities for you to take constantly. Being present and mindful will help you notice these opportunities but following what tickles your curiosity is key too. So that thing you’ve always wanted to try? Or you are feeling a little curious about? Go do that… because you never know, your purpose may just be waiting at the other side of it. Life can be incredible so never settle for anything less that you are really deserving of.
