Firstly, denial of the Spirit will inevitably bring some hardship into your life. Many modern ailments stem from a disconnection from the true source of life force: the spirit consciousness. This disconnection is often reinforced by misinformation within the medical system and the ongoing global issue of inadequacy. Social media plays a significant role in this, as it unconsciously influences many, reflecting aspects of ourselves we dislike. Without spirit consciousness guiding us, the mind dominates, leading to further discontent. Rather than addressing these internal issues, the mind either suppresses them or tries to mimic others’ paths—often very different paths. The desire to mirror someone else stems from a deep separation from the heart, resulting in unacknowledged loneliness and sadness.
The image of someone thin and physically attractive, for example, can trigger self-hatred. While this reaction offers an opportunity for personal growth and healing, the collective human consciousness is not yet evolved enough to recognise this mirror or use it as a tool for healing. Parents should focus on creating a safe space for children to express their insecurities and guide them inward, as talking and medication may not always help. In fact, they can further distance the mind from the spirit or soul.
The key is to address emotional triggers in the moment.
They will continue to cause pain and discomfort if they are not acknowledged with love. Eating disorders, particularly in women, can also be linked to a lack of emotional connection with the father or an emotional absence in the father’s role. Many women hold a belief, instilled over thousands of years, that being thin equates to love, admiration, and honour.
To deny the body is to disconnect from the love of the soul on a personal level. The energy surrounding these conditions (such as anorexia) can create a force field that traps individuals in a heightened state of anxiety, making it difficult to break free. This is why parents often struggle to communicate with their children about these issues. The child may not fully understand what is happening but feels trapped in a particular mindset or paralysed in their will.
Labelling something and millions of people focusing on it creates a collective consciousness, just as inadequacy has developed over thousands of years. We will likely see a rise in these issues, particularly in teenagers, unless there is a shift in the collective consciousness within homes. The emotional body can no longer be denied—these feelings are surfacing and won’t be suppressed any longer.
The energy behind these ailments cannot be controlled or denied. It will continue to take from the individual until its gift is acknowledged. That gift is the mirror of loneliness and sadness within the soul. Children, especially those carrying these subconscious emotions, are deeply affected. However, recognising this gift allows the ailment to move on without further discomfort (obviously, there needs to be a form of self-enquiry to activate the transformation of the ailment). Many sensitive children coming into the world feel overwhelmed by the chaotic, disconnected human environment. This overwhelming energy causes them to retreat within themselves.
ADHD, meanwhile, has created a disconnect between conventional teaching methods and how these children naturally operate. It is still largely misunderstood in mainstream culture. In this context, distraction is a frequency in the brain that keeps consciousness present. The rigid structures of the school curriculum often stifle the soul’s voice, feeding into feelings of inadequacy—a global epidemic. Left unchecked, these feelings can manifest as fear and despair. You’ve often heard that geniuses are ‘a bit off’ or that dyslexic people have incredible creative talents. This is because the brain thrives on universal connections, not on rigid teaching methods that place value on memorising endless amounts of information. ADHD is not a problem; it’s a gift. It allows children to think independently and forge their own unique paths.
Certain schools now prioritise emotions, empathy, and creativity—seeds planted in the 1990s to help the awakened souls arriving on the planet. These children are here to teach their parents, not vice versa. However, as with any new development, there is a teething period. Some claim millennials are too sensitive, but this is their natural state. The new frequencies coming into the world have challenged entrenched human belief systems, and as the feminine frequency re-establishes itself, it will take time to integrate fully. By the 2040s, we will see the establishment of a new platform for this intention. Consciousness is far from perfect, and as spirit has been evident, we are still pioneering unchartered territory throughout this universal experience. It has and still is creating a lot of uncertainty, further creating stress in the human body and a wall between the soul and human extension.
