We all have goals that we strive to achieve in life – a promotion, a new job, financial freedom, and finding the right partner. But what if there was an easy way to help manifest these goals?
Journaling is the key to unlocking your ability to reach those goals and achieve success! With journaling, you can tap into the power of manifestation and create your reality. By taking time to journal each day, you can set yourself up for goal achievement and success.
1. How does journaling help with achieving goals?
Journaling is a great way to reflect on your day and track your progress towards your goals. Journaling can help you get in touch with your feelings and thoughts, which is important for achieving goals. Journaling helps you to organize your thoughts and can even help you sleep. Journaling is also an opportunity to write about things happening in your life and what you are going through. If you find journaling difficult, try writing a list of questions that help you figure out what you need to do to feel better about the situation.
2. What are the benefits of using a goal planner?
Goal planners are an easy and effective way to keep track of your daily and long-term goals. You can create a planner that works for you by deciding how many days per week you want to track, how many minutes per day, and what types of goals you want to set. It’s also important to be realistic with your goal planning because setting unrealistic goals can lead to frustration.
3. What are the elements of a good goal-setting journal?
Goal-setting journals are an essential tool for achieving success in life. The key to a successful journal is to be specific, measurable, time-bound, and relevant. Being specific will make it easier for you to stay motivated. For example, instead of saying, “I want to lose weight.” You can say, “I will weigh myself every Monday morning and adjust my diet and exercise regimen as needed.” Another tip is to set a timeline for your goal. For example, if you want to run a marathon, you can set the goal at six months and then have a one-month training plan to prepare you for the race. A good goal-setting journal has four main elements: a place for you to write your goals, a place for you to write down the things you need to do to achieve your goals, a space for you to record your progress, and a place for you to set deadlines.
4. Any journal recommendations?
There are so many options for journals out there. Which journal should you buy? The answer is it depends on your needs. If you’re looking for a journal that offers lots of prompts, then a blank journal might be a better choice. If you’re looking for a journal that has prompts to help you with your writing, then a creative journal might be better. Here is a list of journals that I recommend and why.
PHYSICAL – GUIDED
- Wellness Journals – Oprah’s ‘The Life You Want Planner
- High-Performance Planner
- Daily mindset and manifestation journals – Moonology Journal
DIGITAL APPS

I love journals. There are so many different types that there is sure to be one that suits your needs. Here are some of my favourite blank journals:

- The Prismacolor Sketchbook
- The Field Notes Journal
Any other tips for tracking goals in a journal?
Journaling is a great way to reflect on your life and the experiences you have had, but it can also be a difficult task. If you’re journaling, it is important to make sure that your journal has the proper dimensions so that it fits into your life. If your journal is too small, you may not be able to write in it, and if it’s too big, it may not be as portable. Try finding a journal that has the right dimensions for you and your needs.
