Your Awakening
(Spirit has dictated much of the information I share with you now. I can attest to the truth of these words as I have experienced all that is written here. I have survived everything that was presented to me for my spiritual learning. Have no fear and always seek the Light of Truth, Wisdom, and Unconditional Love. May you be blessed and grow within the eternal light of Love.)
You will awaken when you are meant to. For many, it happens gently, slowly, as you begin to shift your interests and investigate information on subjects unknown to you. Perhaps you are guided to look into healing modalities, expanding your psychic senses, or your intuition is more noticeable, and you easily hear your inner voice offering advice. You may hear the call from Spirit but ignore it at first. But then, as it continues, you eventually give in and surrender to it, not knowing why, just that you can’t ignore it any longer.
Some people know they are different at a young age. They often need to hide their gifts and talents as the family they are born into has no understanding of how to handle someone like them. Some don’t awaken until they are much older with a considerable amount of life experiences. During their long life, they’ve had unexplainable occurrences happen to them, yet without a guide or mentor, they don’t recognize them as mystical events. Other people are abruptly woken out of their induced memory-loss and their guides and higher selves begin right off to instruct them.
Awakening is different for each of us. I kept hearing for several months the message to live a more spiritual life. I didn’t understand it and tried to ignore it in hopes it would stop. It didn’t. I finally surrendered to it. I had no idea what living a spiritual life meant at the time, but I made a commitment to do what the voice asked. Slowly, and with great wonder as to what I might encounter, I followed my intuition, the voice, and my heart. It has been an amazing journey of transcendent wonders beyond imagination and of personal, internal growth that I have undergone. I have no regrets and would not change one thing that has happened to me. I am not the same person I was six years ago.
You may be wondering about hearing ‘the voice’. It is not an external sound; it is internal within yourself. The only way I can describe it is that I hear it with internal ears. It is a voice within my head. I trust it as it has never told me to do anything harmful to another person or animal. It has never made me feel apprehensive, anxious, or afraid to do as it asked. I have never felt anything but guidance and love from it.
(If you hear a voice that instructs you to do something against human or divine laws, never do what it tells you to do. Spirit or the Divine Creator will only deliver guidance or wisdom in the highest light for the greatest good of all beings. Listen to your heart. You will also know in your gut whether you should follow the directions or not. If your gut gets involved with an uncomfortable feeling, do nothing. If you feel peace within your heart, it is of the Light and you should feel no hesitation about doing what you have been asked.)
Awakening is not something to be feared. You are right where you are meant to be when it happens. Be willing to follow any and all instructions you receive and know that you will experience exceptional personal growth. You already have within you all you need to accomplish the inner work that needs to be done. There will be people along the way who enter your life to act as sources of infinite wisdom.
You will learn much on your journey and you will be given opportunities to present your mastery over your life-lessons. There will be a great re-learning of all you have been taught to believe in through your parents, teachers, or the society you live in. The challenges you will face give you a chance to pass or fail. You will be offered many opportunities to show your expertise. Once you have mastered a lesson, you will move on to another lesson or perhaps the same one in a more advanced challenge.
The lessons come in no particular order. The reason for them is for you to release repeating patterns of how you respond to challenges in your life. Each lesson takes you closer to living a more balanced life without drama, resentment, fear, anger, unforgiveness, and jealousy. However, you can look forward to more peace, happiness, physical health, abundance and love. Past trauma and pain are also healed along with your heart.
All that you undergo will take you to a higher vibrational frequency. You learn to go with the flow of life instead of resisting it. The need to control everything will lose its grip on you and fall to the side. You will feel safer, less alone, and immensely happier with yourself and your life. You will make better choices and live a life of your own choosing.
The awakening process offers you a life of freedom. You will discover the truth of your existence. You will empower others to open up to the truth of who they are just by doing and being your higher authentic self. You will meet other people who are also on their spiritual journey. Support for you will come from unexpected places at just the right time.
You will never be alone on this journey. Spirit and animal guides will be close at all times. There will be others who will assist you, too. You will experience a great remembering of who you are – a soul with a human life for the singular purpose of returning you to your truest self, a beloved child of the Divine Creator.
