“I’m passionate about helping to guide, show, and help other people, I do that mainly through forms of expression. I have my Sacred Expression Method which is where I get people onto some life-size paper with some pastels and take them through an alchemical process. It’s beautiful and it has unfolded for me over the years that I’ve been creating.”

In 2013, amidst battling chronic health conditions and personal turmoil, she underwent a profound metamorphosis. Struggling with worsening asthma, eczema, chronic fatigue, and the trauma of a miscarriage and homelessness, Zoe found herself at a crossroads. Conventional medicine offered no lasting relief; instead, she embarked on an inward journey of self-discovery and restoration.
“Somehow towards the end, I would go to my yoga teacher training weekends and lie on the floor and just hope that I would absorb the information and everything that was going on because I was so ill.”
Bedridden for much of the year, Zoe delved deep into her inner world, seeking solace and understanding amid the darkness. It was during these trying times that she experienced a pivotal moment of self-awareness—an epiphany that she was a “golden being of infinite light,” a message channeled through her in the bath one night while she was going through one of the darkest moments of her life. While she lay there hoping for the end, it marked the beginning of Zoe’s sacred purpose instead – her life energy alchemy journey, a quest for self-transformation and healing that would eventually lead her to assist others in unlocking their infinite light.
Art became Zoe’s sanctuary—a refuge for self-expression and healing. Through her immersive energy art, she dived into the depths of her being, channeling her intentions and feelings onto the canvas. “I come to the canvas with an energetic intention or just even just a feeling of what I want to explore.”

“My Fierce truth is honestly that I just want every single person on this planet to realize how much more of themselves is available and not in a way that feels shaming, guilty, lazy or overwhelmed. But in a way that feels expansive and like they’ve just opened the door to Narnia. That to me is our Cosmic Human Experience and I feel like we’ve been shut off from it and I want everybody to realize that in a fully embodied mind-blowingly expansive way.”
