Wisdom for the heart, body, soul, and mind.
The modern soul hungers for something our busy, externally focused lives rarely provide—genuine connection to our deepest wisdom and authentic selves. In a world where fragmentation has become the norm, Suzy Wilson and Scott Alexander King have created a transformative body of work that offers a path back to wholeness, integrating physical healing with spiritual awakening.
A Soul-Led Collaboration
“It’s a big name isn’t it! It’s a big call to action in many ways,” Suzy explains when asked about naming their work. “Scott and I have been friends for several years now, and whilst we both work individually in our own workplaces, Scott with Animal Dreaming Publishing, writing and working with the animals and me more in the health sector with colon hydrotherapy and gut health. But where we come together, it’s about people connecting to their own self and remembering their wisdom.”
This collaboration emerged from their personal healing journeys, creating a powerful approach to spiritual transformation that honours the whole person – body, mind, heart, and soul.
“I guess we come to a point where it’s like, ‘let’s collaborate and bring together everything that we know from health to spirituality and the whole gamut in between because it’s called life,'” Suzy shares. “It’s been our inward journey that takes us somewhere. So often in our hectic lives, people look externally for answers… what if we turn that around and go through the medicine wheel.”

The Sacred Journey Within
The medicine wheel serves as both metaphor and methodology in their soul alignment work, offering participants a structured path to rediscovering their authentic selves.
“We work through the labyrinth, and in that journey within, we discover parts of ourselves that we’d forgotten about,” Suzy explains. “And that can help us live our life with a little more purpose.”
Their broader vision, “Earth Quest,” focuses on reconnecting people with Mother Earth’s inherent wisdom. “Our bigger picture is Earth Quest, and that’s about connecting people back to Mother Earth, into her connection and to her wisdom,” says Suzy. “That’s where Scott’s work is, in that spiritual work, in the books that he’s written, in the animal work that he does. But I guess mine, too; it’s like the connection to water.”
Healing the Whole Being
Their approach is unique because it addresses both the physical and spiritual aspects of healing, recognising that true transformation requires both.
“When we’re not well, it’s tough to be connected,” Suzy observes. “It’s hard to think about even being grateful sometimes because we’re not well. We’ve got headaches, or our body aches, or we’re in pain.”
This understanding forms the foundation of their complementary approach: “That’s where we marry it in together. We can offer people a journey because Scott has spent many years training with his teacher, going through his spiritual processes, and I have as well.”
Their work draws from ancient wisdom traditions while remaining accessible. “What we do is we look at shamanic teachings, and what that means to us is Indigenous teachings, teachings from our original people around the world. That’s what helps inspire us to do the work that we do.”

Embodied Transformation That Lasts
The Quest for Wholeness focuses on tangible, lasting transformation.
“The lasting impression that we want people to have is that there’s something tangible that happens in the retreat that allows them to think differently,” Suzy emphasises. “So they’re going to see something in their life differently so they can respond differently… It’s tangible work that we’re going to be doing. You feel it. You can own it.”
This commitment to spiritual growth extends beyond the retreat itself: “When we go home, a part of our work that we want to do with Earth Quest is that the support will be ongoing. So the journey doesn’t stop.”
Soul-Aligned Living
For Suzy, this work carries profound personal significance following her near-death experience.
“I heard Alberto Villoldo say once that you know what we want to do is get out of here alive. So because of my visit with near death a few years ago, that’s stuck in my mind,” she shares. “It’s about how well I want to be when I pass away.”
This perspective shapes their ultimate goal: “I would hope, and I believe Scott too, that people go home with something that allows them to look at their world a little bit differently so that they can respond a little bit differently because then they’re going to get a better response back that’s going to fit better with their purpose with their soul. That’s what we’re about.”
Collective Healing Through Individual Transformation
The ripple effects of personal transformation create powerful waves of collective healing – a core principle in their soul-led work.
“Because we are the collective. I am the universe. You are the universe,” Suzy explains. “So if I can give you a different way of thinking and have something palatable to do differently, then you’re going to vibrate at a different frequency.”
She continues with a powerful metaphor: “You’re one cell of Mother Earth, right? So, if we know that we’ve got bad cells, a bad cell makes another bad cell. It vibrates. So we can do the same with positivity… when you go home, you’re going to be nicer to your kids, dog, neighbours, and partner. Because you’re going to be feeling better in here.”

Reclaiming Coherence in a Fragmented World
Their work addresses a fundamental challenge in modern society—the disconnection that leads to suffering.
“We have a society at the moment that is so discombobulated in many ways,” Suzy observes. “People are trying to grasp everywhere for an answer and a reason… And that what that means is that we now become a little disassociated whether that’s from our body, from our spirit, from our mind, from our heart.”
Their solution focuses on coherence – aligning all aspects of our being: “What we want to do is say it’s about coherence. We need coherence back because people can’t vibrate well. Their frequency can’t be high where they’re disassociated.”
This vision connects heaven and earth through the human experience: “We’ve got Father Sky, Mother Earth, and we’ve got that we are just the conduit in the middle. So if we can keep that vibration nice and high and running, then everything else around it can be as it should be in that homeostasis.”
The Quest for Wholeness represents a profound opportunity to reclaim your authentic self through embodied spiritual practice.
For those seeking deeper connection, purpose, and healing, this transformative journey offers inspiration and lasting change that ripples outward to heal our collective experience.
