Wow, I am experiencing so much positive change happening on the planet. Many of us are awakening to the glorious reality of who we really are as spiritual, eternal beings. And this is all part of the new Age of Aquarius that began on December 21st, 2020.
The Age of Aquarius marks the beginning of a glorious new chapter for humanity, and the ending of old stories and timelines. It’s a new era of spiritual awakening and conscious awareness. Energetically, The Age of Aquarius facilitates a separation of the old third-dimensional reality (3D) from a new fifth-dimensional consciousness (5D).
It’s important that you understand the differences between 3D and 5D energies.
3D energy is dark and dense, full of fear. It’s about duality (right-wrong, good-bad), scarcity, enslavement, me-versus-you. The new 5D energy option embraces non-judgment, abundance, freedom, love, light, collective consciousness and “us”. 3D is about survival of the fittest at any cost; 5D celebrates the glory of the most loving.
And here’s what I’ve learned: where I focus my energy affects my reality. It is so important for you to gather evidence that humanity is awakening, and that the Light has won in its tussle with the darkness. When I do, all sorts of magical things begin to manifest in my life. However, I have also experienced focusing on all of the stuff that’s wrong in the world, and almost celebrating man’s inhumanity and depravity. And when I do THAT, all sorts of negative outcomes begin to appear.
The problem for me is that every time I have a spiritual awakening or expansion of my consciousness, I immediately go into ego. I begin to think “Wow, Scott, you are doing SO well. Look at your advanced knowledge and elevated consciousness!” And that launches me into comparison and judgment towards others, which is 3D separation thinking. When I do that, my energy has crash-landed back into hideous me-versus-you thinking.
The work for me is two-fold. First, I need to recognise my own 3D judgment and criticism energy. It requires practice, patience and self-acceptance. Second, all of my spiritual teachers tell me that everyone on the planet is EXACTLY where they are supposed to be on their life journey in this moment.
Ugh. I hate sitting with this idea. Particularly when I think about all of those people that I don’t agree with, who don’t have the same values that I hold so dear. For instance, politicians who seem to have what I judge to be “dark agendas”. I want to criticise them as dark, ugly and bad. My old ego mindset places me in opposition to them. That has been my nature, and it’s really old 3D acting. I need to remember that I’m the cellular repository of ten generations of my familial experiences. So this energy is deeply ingrained in me.
To begin a radical new way of being in community with all of my brothers and sisters, I want to share a mantra with you:
I acknowledge, accept and celebrate that everyone is EXACTLY where they need to be in this glorious moment of Now. And I acknowledge, accept and celebrate that I am EXACTLY where I need to be in this glorious moment of Now.
There has never been a more important time to stay out of drama and anger. I am certainly seeing a lot in the world that triggers me, and you maybe also.
But responding with anger or hating on someone or a situation actually lowers our energetic vibration from its resting state of love, and aligns us with the person that we’re hating on. In effect, we become “harmonised” with the energy of the person or situation that is triggering us. I find this horrifying.
The spiritual response to these times is to try and to stay in a place of Love, neutrality and positivity. When triggered, send love to the person or situation. Visualise that you are drawing down white healing energy over yourself, then send it out to all involved. That energetically separates you from the situation and aligns you with the frequencies of balance, neutrality and love.
My core life lesson is this: “Do I want to be right, or do I want to be happy?” When I want or need to be right, or need to make someone else “bad” or “wrong”, I am poisoning myself. The people I know who are always “right” are usually pretty lonely people. Being right is profoundly isolating because it precludes forgiveness, understanding and empathy.
Let’s remember that every human being, even those we don’t like, is our brother or sister. We are all one, despite our differences. And maybe those people who are triggering us are actually doing us a divine service. As the Buddhist masters teach: We need to bless our “enemies”, because they give us the opportunity to practice the noble virtue of patience.
The work for me today is to consciously choose to be loving and kind, especially when I don’t want to be. If you want to live a happy life of authenticity and kinship with others, think before you speak, and ask yourself these three questions: (1) Is this kind? (2) Is this necessary? (3) Does this bring me into greater harmony with those around me, or create distance and discord? I had to take all of my angry, fearful stuff to a paid listener and a spiritual advisor for thoughtful processing.
This energetic awareness and conscious choosing is an enormous undertaking, but the reward is an exquisite, loving connection to yourself and others. To help you on your journey, I’m sending you all love and light for a wondrous awakening. If nobody has told you today, I want to remind you that you are loved beyond your ability to comprehend. You are the magnificent children of a loving Mother/Father Goddess, even if it doesn’t feel that way to you at the moment. It’s really, really important that you are here right now.
