Dr Catherine Wilkins is a modern psychic healer, Fractology practitioner, trained veterinarian, chiropractor, and author. Drawing from both the Scientific and Spiritual worlds, she performs holographic healing, operating on the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual levels. Her work aims to transform and heal the physical body and consciousness through her ability to read a person’s fractals intuitively. Despite the complex nature of Dr Wilkins’s work, she argues that
everyone can strengthen their psychic and intuitive skills; it just takes practice.
She works in a fascinating area of Co-Creation where Science and mainstream medicine meets with holistic therapies and spiritual energy healing. By navigating this highly complex integration process, Dr Wilkins shows us how we can use Fractology to develop our self-awareness, energetic mastery, and intuition.
Her book, ‘The Soul’s Brain: The Neurology and Logic of Your Intuition’, helps people understand the difference between general and conscious intuition.
When we obtain mastery of our intuition, we can strengthen our connection with ourselves. Living intuitively allows us to live an authentic life derived from inspiration and genius. Dr Wilkins works with clients to understand their fractal, which is the map of our genius. Exploring the fractal allows us to gain a much deeper understanding of where we encounter difficulties in our lives, and it shows us ways to realign.
We spoke with Dr Catherine Wilkins about what she does and why it is so meaningful for us today.
Kim: First question, Dr Catherine. Can you talk about who you are, what you love, and your passions in your own words?
Dr Catherine: If you had to sum up everything, it comes down to expansive co-creation, which covers a lot of territories, but to me, it’s the essence of interdependency. Many people know about interdependency as an ideal; it’s theoretical for them. Whereas for me, it’s a very practical thing, and when I say expansive, it’s understanding how to create that new, truly expansive exchange. We’re doing that with ourselves and other people, and it means that we’re living from our genius, which is the best way to have a brilliant, fulfilling inspiring and fun life.
I’m a practical person, despite what I do being as ‘out there’ as what you can get. I truly believe that spirituality is everything, and it’s just about being who you truly are. That’s the thing that I’m most passionate about because when we’re being who we truly are, genius flows. That’s where life starts to align.
So much of the world’s drama, pain, and angst are just various projections of people getting out of alignment with themselves because they’re disconnected from themselves, which causes pain. When people project that pain onto the world, it creates a mess.
Kim: You’re a leading-edge practitioner in modern psychic healing. Can you speak to that?
Dr Catherine: Absolutely. As I said, I believe in co-creation, so to me, it’s not that spirituality is right, and science is wrong, or science is right, spirituality is wrong. We’re all working to understand the deeper truths.
Modern psychic healing is a combination of both. They’re coming to understand that we live in a holographic universe, and a hologram has a fractal structure. If you don’t know what a fractal is, it’s one pattern repeated over and over again to build up a more complex pattern. We know that a hologram has that structure because when you smash a hologram, each little piece has the whole picture.
If you pluck a twig off a tree, it looks like a miniature tree. A hologram is about this fractal structure, and when we understand that, we learn to perceive the fractal structure underlying everybody’s energy. It gives us a map. It enables us to understand what sort of optimal health, abundance, or relationship map the person is working to achieve. Their integrity gives us the map of who they are and where they’ve disconnected from themselves.
The fractal is the source to find answers to issues and also a map of what our genius is.
Science informs us how to work with energy, but more interdependent because most of us understand that we have our energy. Then, it isn’t about you coming into my energy or me coming into your energy, but for us to both be in our energy and to find the harmonic that bridges both of our energy. Understanding those two important scientific principles about harmonics and the mathematical relationships of those and fractals. It gives us a map to find all the answers we need.
You can strengthen yourself in your connection to who you really are. You can start to live life more from your inspiration and genius. When you have those principles in place, you can approach life with more certaintly and confidence.
Kim: As a healer, how would one perceive that map? Is it tuning in energetically, and you get a sense of it from a psychic or intuitive point of view? Or is it something that you’re physically experiencing?
Dr Catherine: We don’t yet have the technology to be able to scan for it. I believe that’s coming, and they’re working towards understanding the science of interconnected logic, but we’re not there yet. So, at the moment, we are using our conscious intuitions to find it. Like any skill set, we start with baby steps, and we develop that skill and start to become more consciously informed. We inform that awareness by using the soul seat, but you could also call it the thymus point or the high heart.
It is about understanding that the more we are in alignment with who we truly are, the more we will be in alignment with our fractal. As our awareness develops, there are certain stages we go through. The first is to develop a conscious intuition, the ability to tune into energy consciously, but specific energy like specific frequencies, and to know when we’ve, what we call, locked in that frequency or not. Once we can do that, we can develop a perception of different patterns that exist on different levels of our magnetic field (aura)., We can tune into the pattern and lock into the fractal resonance repeated on every level of our energy field. We are locked into the map, locked into the fractal, but because that is holographic, different people with their intuition will perceive that as either a visual, sound, or a feeling, or some people will even pick up a smell or a taste. But that is just how our system interprets the map because the map is the same. We know it’s the same because when we all tune in to the same fractal, we can share information about what we perceive. It gives Fractologists the ability to do a peer review.
Kim: Where does the healing happen?
Dr Catherine: With most healing, we think we have to do something to fix the broken bit, whereas, with Fractology, we look at it completely differently. It’s not about you having to become perfect; it’s about connecting to your perfection, and the fractal gives us the map of how to do that. So when we’re locked into the fractal, we perceive where the person is having a challenge or a problem because that part of their fractal will be distorted somehow. It means that in that area, that person is not being who they really are. It’s like they’re at war with themselves.
Of course, there’s a certain process that goes along with that. But in essence, we help the person complete whatever negative thing is causing the break or distortion and then help them reconnect to who they truly are. That will enable the fractal to come back into its true shape. Once we do that, it enables the creative force that created that person in the first place to flow unimpeded into that person’s life and then they will experience healing.
Kim: Dr Catherine, you are also an author. Let’s talk about your book ‘The Soul’s Brain’. Where did the construct come from for this body of writing? Obviously, it was inspired by your work.
Dr Catherine: This is such a new approach to healing that takes time and requires an advanced level of conscious intuition as a skill to perceive the level of detail and precision that you need to be able to do this work. But it’s something that other people can learn, so I’ve been teaching this skill for years. It has been a labour of love and has taken many years to get to this point. The book ‘The Soul’s Brain’ it’s about the fact that there are principles. It’s about integrity, which is there in the fractal pattern. The five major principles we use are acknowledgment, completion, focus, intention, and integrity.
Integrity is what the purpose and the end result of everything is. Acknowledgment and completion are how we primarily move things forward, and focusing on intention is how you primarily use the energy.
But even if people are not in a space where they want to put in the work, they’re not ready to develop their perception to the point of that degree of holography in holographic awareness. The principles that enable us to move forward in Fractology have huge benefits for our life, even if we haven’t developed that level of precision.
The book will help you understand how to develop those principles and put them into effect in your life. So that you can let go of many things in your life that is keeping you codependent.
Kim: Do you have a case study that you would share with us?
Dr Catherine: Okay. She’s about my age. She’d been separated from her husband for many years but not finalized the divorce because, for some reason, that felt a bit wobbly to her. Her relationship with her ex had been very codependent, which also affected her relationship with her adult children. She came to see me because she was getting worn down by many things. Every time I see her now, she tells me how much I’ve just changed her life.
So, she had concerns with all these relationships, and her financial situation was getting tricky. We started with the foundation, which is your relationship with yourself. Because if you’re at war with yourself, everything that you do is going to be much harder than it needs to be because it means that when you’re at war or in conflict with yourself, you’re using up so much energy to try to wrestle yourself into doing what you think you should do, rather than working to a point where all your parts are in alignment.
So we worked on her relationship with herself, which helped her understand the importance of integrity. She was very much at war with herself, in the classic way that a lot of us are. Her ego and her values were pulling in different directions.
One of the major ways we help people is not about telling them to lose their ego; that is your motivator. You want to think about your ego as the engine in your car. It gives you drive and power, and that’s cool. But you do not want your ego to have its hands on the steering wheel because that’s when you’re going to end up driving off the road.
You want your values, essence, and who you truly are to be steering the car. So, we help to resolve that big internal conflict.
We looked at the principles that we talked about above, mutual expansion and how to apply that in her own life. She restructured some things financially, so now her life is easier. By understanding relationships and skills around being who she truly was and supporting others to be who they truly are, she managed to like her relationship with her ex. They’ll never get back together, but her relationship with her ex became calmer and easier for her to manage. Her relationship with like her eldest transformed quickly, and the relationship with her younger child, which was a little bit more fraught because he was the rebel, is now starting to be based more on mutual respect.
So, it’s this beautiful unfolding that she can now pass on to her children and, hopefully, even her children’s children in time.
FTMag: That’s incredible. Is there a question you feel is essential to cover that we have not asked?
Dr Catherine: One of the main things the book talks about is that we’re all intuitive, and even people who think intuition is not real, still have intuitive moments. We all have it. It’s inbuilt. It’s part of our internal system. The difference between a Fractologist, and somebody who doesn’t know what their intuition is, is that we’ve trained our intuition to a high level. It’s the difference between having intuition and having conscious intuition because you want your intuition to be a reliable skill and understand how it works. You understand how to activate it, and you know when it is your intuition talking and when it’s just your wish-fulfilment talking. So if you get a whisper of intuition, you know what you need to do to lean into it to become a very clear message. Like any conscious skill that we have, when it’s not conscious, it tends to happen randomly. So, how do we turn general intuition into conscious intuition? In my book, there are little exercises that people can go through to develop their intuition into conscious intuition. Because when you understand the purpose of your intuition, you know the wisdom that comes from inside, and the purpose of your intuition is to help you live your life in such a way that you do become more efficient. As we become who we truly are, we get a stronger sense of internal alignment, so every part of you is lined up and headed in the same direction, and no part of us is in conflict or arguing.
Whereas, when we don’t have conscious intuition, we only think that we’re being intuitive in those rare moments when every part of us is lined up that way. In other words, our intuition is shouting at us.
Our intuition is a big part because we don’t know what will happen in the future. No matter how clever we are, unforeseen or non-linear factors always change how the future is created. But your intuition is brilliant at navigating the unknown because the one thing that it is focused on is that
the world could change, but who you truly are, that is not going to change. It will expand, but it won’t change. As long as you’re navigating the future in a way you’re going to be more of who you truly are, you’re always going to be good.
FTMag: I have one last question for you, Dr Catherine. What is your fierce truth?
Dr Catherine: My fierce truth is that who you’re truly meant to be isn’t just for you. It’s for the universe. Sometimes we think, or we’re convinced by other people, that we have to give up ourselves to do good for the world. For me, it’s the more that you are who you truly are. that is a foundation for you to fulfil your function in the universe. In other words, it isn’t enough for us to be who we truly are. We have to be who we truly are and then learn how to share that with other people in such a way that it supports them to be who they truly are and in that harmonic, mutually
expansive relationship.
That’s where the magic happens.

Dr Catherine, what’s your fierce truth?
